Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Avant-garde's analytics platform to extract insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations to communicate findings to client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within client organizations.
- Participate in client onboarding and training activities.
- Support the monitoring of client engagement and value creation metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product feedback and support client growth initiatives.
- Individual-contributor role
- Hybrid location with 40% office and 60% remote
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare delivery/operations, management consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approx. 10-15%
